Wellness and performance training is for those interested in a more holistic approach to taking care of their bodies. This training will be specific to your goals and your needs.
PerformWell Program
Performance training is for those with athletic goals in mind. This may include athletes or physically active individuals who want to optimize their ability to perform.

Strength and Conditioning
Strength and conditioning involves a combination of exercises to improve specific strength and cardiovascular ability. This may include weight training and aerobic or anaerobic conditioning. This can be made specific to your sport or goals.

Injury Risk Reduction and Maintenance
Are you someone who is interested in reducing your injury risk? Have you had history of injuries such as an ACL tear, shoulder injury, or others? This program objective may include exercises for improving mobility, stability, balance, landing mechanics, etc. in order to reduce the likelihood of problems occurring.

Power and Speed
Power and speed are components of athleticism that involve producing force and moving quickly. We can help fine tune your game by improving your power, speed, and overall athletic abilities.
LiveWell Program
Wellness is the act of practicing healthy habits and activities to improve your physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. We believe that this is a holistic approach that includes exercise, hobbies and activities, diet, hydration, weight control, socialization, and spiritual practices. Here at Central Physical Therapy, we can help you reach your goals related to wellness in the area of exercise habits. We pride ourselves in being able to meet each individual where they are so that we are able to develop an achievable plan and program to help you reach your goals. Our wellness program can help in many ways, including but not limited to: helping you continue to do the activities you enjoy, to reduce your risk of falls, to improve your bone density with osteoporosis/osteopenia diagnosis, to improve your cardiovascular function, and many others.

PRICING
All wellness and performance visit pricing is determined based off the length of the session and if it is a private, semi-private, or a group session. Payment will be due at time of service.
60 min session:
